I know the H-bodies were total garbage, but having grown up with these pseudo-2nd gens around...I will admit that I’ve always liked the look of the Monza family. Very baby-Bandit, you know?

So the 1979 305 had 125 or 130 hp, depending on if it was a California car. I believe t hat was the absolute bottom for the small block C hevy. Althou gh the 80's were bad for cars, the small block HP did creep back up a bit. You could buy this and hold onto it as the worst ever example of the most successful engine of that era

I actually saw what I think was a hilariously rusted one of these today. It was in a driveway so don’t know if mobile or not.
